URL iView displaying flash slideshow as blank when added in a role

Hi,

We have an URL iView in our portal which points to client's corporate intranet's homepage .aspx (sharepoint).

The iView works foine if we Preview it from PCD. But when we attach it to a role and assign the role to users.

One flash slideshow remains blank.

Our portal and the URL .aspx are both in intranet. We do not use any proxy.

The URL itself works fine in intranet.

Please help

Hi Arindam,

This new role has only the flash content iview or does it have any other object that is getting displayed?

I mean to say, check for the permissions on that iview.

If I get your problem correctly-

1) User:Arindam

2)Role R1 is assigned to it

3)Role R2 is newly created which has iview Flash.

4) Now Arindam has Role R1 and R2

5)R1 contents are getting displayed properly but R2 is not showing up as the contents of R2 need to have the permissions of Role R1
