Hi

As per hte requirement I need to provide a link using which external system can access the portal pae, but here they do not want to see left nav and mathead. So i appendede &navmode=3(EX: http://<host:port>/irj/portal/anonymous/<quick link name>&NavMode=3) to the page at the end,.

Now masthead is not displaying but still i can see left nav without any conent.

Please help in resolving the issue.

Regards,

Venki.

Hi, Venki.

The alternative way is to create another desktop, framework page (without masthead a DLN) and create a rule in Master rule collection for alias /anonymous.

See more at link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/ed/f794f201654cc8bdd6968e350800d9/frameset.htm

Hi,

there is a blog detailing how to integrate portal content into an external system:

Maybe the trick outlined there helps you: add a new alias with the option nested_window=1 and integrate the portal content directly using the new portal alias.

Could work when you want to integrate the actual portal page with iVIews or workset maps on it and not just a specific portal application / iView.
