Implicit Enhancement not accessible

Hi

I need to implement an implicit enhancement for include program MV45AO0K_KUNDEN_UEBERNEHMEN. There is one enhancement available in this include but after Module..Endmodule statement. When im writting anything in this it is raising error 'Statement not accessible' which is obvious. What is the use of having this enhancement and is there anyway we can implement this?
