How to set security to Xcelsius dashboard

Hi,

Note : question are related - update data from xcelsius to SAP System thru web service

i need create Leave application Dashboard, and the Dashboard's Data Sorce retrieve from SAP system, and then publish to Business objects Enterprise server (or inforview).

The dashboard interface will show like this

1. Alley - Anual Leave (Approve btn) (Reject Btn)

2.Jordan - Medical Leave (Approve btn) (Reject Btn)

3. Alice - Anual Leave (Approve btn) (Reject Btn)

But i concern is security, how can set that define which User can approve their particular staff''s Leave application ?

Let said IT Manager can approve their IT department staff leave application, others cannot

then Sales Manager only can approve their Sales department staff leave application, others cannot

any sugestion ? is it set at Business Objects Central Management Console (CMC) at User & Groups ? or write ABAP function at SAP system ?
