Importing SCs versions

Hi experts, I've been using the CMS without any problem, but now I have a question to know what's the right procedure in the next case.

Many times after making changes on a SC, we need to test them but we don't whant to move these versions to production. After doing this actions for a while and when finally want to import the SC in production, we find out that there are a lot of versions of the same SC with differents dates. What is the right way to import this in production? I import the SC with the highest date andit works fine for me but the other older versions still exists in approval waiting for import.

Is this the right way to procced or I should import all the SC versions in the same order as they were created?

Hi Pablo,

This is the right way to do. I f you do not want to have "old" versions of your SCA in the approval tab, just decline them with the decline -button: they will be removed from the tab and become visible in the production tab.

Hi Alain, Thanks for your response, but I have other question now. You said that in the approval tab there's a button named decline, the thing is I don't see decline but there is a reject, and after pushing this button the SC is removed from the approval step and then it's not visible in production tab. Actaully I don't need this SC version in the production tab, but you said that it should became vissible in that one.

you are right about decline and reject. Also I forgot to write the in silible prefixing the word visible. My mistake.

But I hope, the result is what you wanted.
