BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN WARNING MESSAGES

I am trying to run BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN to change a WBS Investment Profile. I am getting a 'AY130' message which is fine when running online but not in batch mode. Is there a way to bypass the screen display message and just pass back an error from the BAPI. I have been in debug and see where it is passing a W130.
