What are all the ways we can troubleshoot the WebI Reports?
We can have a discussion of various way we can trouble shoot WebI reports, some frequently arising issues and its resolution.
Is there any log verification of any of the servers? if so, were are the logs located and how to analyze the logs.

Webi logs go to the /logging folder of your BOE installation path. They are better if you enable -trace in the to the startup string for the Webi server in the ccm.
You really need to understand the entire workflow of how a Webi report is processed. It helps to understand that whole process when troubleshooting so you can hone in on the proper issue quickly.
