BadI in Performance Management (EP 4)

Hello Experts,

Can I use the Badi available in Predefine Appraisal Process (with Enhancement Package 4) or I can use only in flexible appraisal?

Hi Sivani,

Badi can be used in predefined template but they have to be set at category level. That way they are selected when creating the template via the wizard.

Can you be a little more specific on which Badi you are trying to use and what you are trying to achieve?

I want to develop a printable Appraisal (with company brand, etc) for the Manager/employee print it when the process is completed.

My question here is if, in the predefined process I can use a BadI when the manager click on the button "print" the system can call the developed form and print it.

Hmmm. From my experience with the predefined UI, most changes in the configuration using PHAP_CATALOG don't change much of the functionality that is set up during the wizard. However, I do think the print badi might be possible. That is not something I've tried to be honest. We have however, implemented different print layouts using the flexible process without a problem.
