In my company we have 5 reactors and all reactor are of different capacity. In this 5 reactor monthly we distill different products say about 20 to 30 products and change over time for each product is of one day.
Now suppose i have a requirement of 2 lacs Liter then how i can do the production plan for this 10 reactor which are of following capacity
R1=1000L
R2=2000L
R3=4000L
R4=2000L
R5=1000L
How can i do the work center and routine for 2 lacs liter so that all product get serviced within a month cnsider the RM availablity and space at our company.
