Outlook Integration Meessages not received

hello

I am sending messages by SAP after outlook integration. It shows that "Message send successfully".

but after check the mail id I am not getting any mail. Please if anyone can help me

Well, I have checked the internet connection already.

I want to know about the SBO Mailer in licence server window.

Is it neccessary to setup the SBO Mailer before sending message?

I had mine SBO mailer set up, I believe it is necessary to be set up.

Anu ,

The SBO Mailer is not necessary for Outlook Integration.

Just check the following :

1. Your Outlook is configured correctly or not . Just do mail from your outlook and confirm.

2. Do Log in the SAP B1 from Outlook .

3. In the Outlook Integration --> Default Setting : Have you Checked Send E-Mail via MS Outlook .

Hi, Ashish is right, depends whether you are setting up hotmail, yahoo or company mail server? If Hotmail or Yahoo, then search the web for setting up POP or MAPI information in Outlook. If your company mail, you have to know your outgoing and incoming ports etc.
