Add specific fields in Standard ALV Grid (QE01)

My request is to add a field in the Standard ALV Grid for the QE01 transaction. I append my specific field in the structure QAMKR but I don't know how to add this field in the ALV Grid.

Do you know how to add specific fields in Standard ALV Grid?
