Hello All ,
We have alert configuration in our PI 7.11 system.We are getting alerts for errors in production as a mail in our outlook mail box.
But last two days we are not getting alert in our own mail box(outlook) but the alerts are coming in our alert inbox in RWB.
Please advice how to resolve this issue .

Just check the transaction SOST and see if the mail requests are generated there...abd if yes ..what is the status..

check the mail id of user in SU01 tcode.
Check the fixed recipient name in alert configuration alrtcatdef tcode.
