RSCONN01 : Delete and add user profile

Hello Expert,

I am facing a weird issue. For a particular user some user role are deleted and added on the same time when this job RSCONN01 executed in background around midnight.

I know this program is used to send outgoing mail but still our analysis say, this program RSCONN01 when executed in background delete and add some user role.

Any idea.
