mapping in to SAP

I have a scenario like this

THis is for pharma company. product is having four operations. last one is compression like converting the powder in to tablets. so during this.. tablets weight is checked periodically for example for every 30 min for 10 tablets and weight is recorded, till the operation is completed. now how to map this in to SAP. means for every 30 min system has to generate automatic inpection lot and there should be provision to record the 10 tablets weights. Can anybody help me out.

Your requirement can be easily map with Inspection points.You need not to create the Inspection lot for every 30 min.

What exactly Inspection points does is it allows to record the results for same set of char/mic.

So in the inspection plan/routing header enter " Inspection based on time " & in Operation overview enter "Time as 30 min" in duration.
