Define Authorization Objects for PA Planning by KE17 cannot block authorize

Hi

I am providing PA Authorization to be assigned to the role by KE17. In the new PA Authorization Object that I created, I assigned 3 fields for scope data for planning to each role (each user ID) = Profit Center, Sales Org. & Division.

Once I test the role to input Revenue/Sale Plan via KEPM by select other PCA, Sales Org. & Division those are not included in the provided authorization objected, the plan can be saved without error message about the authorization.

Are there any more configuration required to activated with KE17 (KE37 & KE97 also) to allowed user to post /display PA data with the limited CO object?

Hi

Usually, thats all the required config is...

Once you are able to test it in KEPM - you can feel confident about it

Thank you Ajay for you kindly help.

The testing result from KEPM (negative testing) is allowed to post PA Planning to other PCA/Sales Org./Division that is not assigned to the authorization object.

I would like to allow user to be able to post only PCA/Sales Org./Division that I assigned in the specific role.

What setting that I should check more?
