SAP QM UD not possible

Hi

I'm not able to do Usage decision of GR and Source inspection.

It shows red light --- created.

Please help?

Make sure that you change the status of Inspection lot from CRTD to REL

for this

Check Task List exits for a Material is available or not,

If YES then you will have to assign it manually - please do the following

QA02-->Inspection specification > Assign task list by click on Task/ specification

Go to Sample,--->click on Sample calculation

Save

If NO then go to QA02 create the task list prior to date of inspection lot & follow above procedure..........

Check status will become REL

Hi

I want inspection lot to be created while partial confirmation of operation in CO11N in 03 inspection type and not with the release of production order.

Is it possible ?

Hi

You cannot take Usage decision if the system status is crtd.

So you have to create a inspection plan for the material and assign the task list/material spec to the relevant inspection lot.

Then the system status will come to release mode and after that you can take UD.

It depends upon the inspection set up what you have maintained in QM view of the material master.(MM02)

If you set indicator "Inspection with mat spec", you must maintain the material specification for the inspection to be performed.(QS61)

If you set the indicator "inspection with task list" , the inspection is performed based on the task list(QP01)
