How to get the sales price extracted

Hi,

I need to extract sales price (both new and amended) from SAP on a daily basis to external system.

I understand that I could get the info from CDHDR/CDPOS.

However, there are performance issues when accessing the 2 tables.

beside these 2 tables, is there a way to know what article pricing had been added/change for a site?

my pricing is using condition PR00 with price list, A005.
