Error Accessing Parse Dll on Installing SP01-PL13

Hi,

I'm trying to install SP01 PL13 for 2007A. Even though I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) and restarted the server, I am still getting the same "Error Accessing Parse Dll " error message. Could anyone please advise me how to solve this issue? SAP B1 is installed on Windoes Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack2.
