How to Turn on the Action Log for Equipment

Hello All - How do I activate the Action Log for the Equipment Master? I have configured the Change History but I can't find the configuration to turn on the Action Log. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have 'change document' flag set in -

SPRO--> PM --> Master Data --> Technical Objects --> Equipment --> Categories --> Maintain Equiment Category
