Error "Payroll has not been run successfully for all personnel numbers"

Hi all,

Currently we are not processing payroll in the SAP system. Earlier we used to. Now we just send employee master data changes to the thrid pary payroll. But we get error "Payroll has not been run successfully for all personnel numbers" when trying to release the payroll area. Not sure why we get this error since we do not run the payroll in SAP. I unchecked the "Run Payroll" checkbox for the payroll area but i still get this errors. Appreciate any inputs here.

I knew this solution, but was wondering, should there not be any easy way to do this than to run or schedule this as batch program? I have never faced this issue earlier. Probably i get this becuase the cleint role has been set to production.

Any other suggestions to make things easier here?

Hi,

Would set off Run payroll for payroll area flag (CALCR) in Payroll Areas - Relevant to Payroll view (V_T549A or V_T549A_2) be a solution to your problem for future payroll period?

Execute program RPUTRBK0 for PERNRs 1-99999999 (all of them).
