Export existing IDOC in XML format from SAP ECC.

Hi,

I need to load test cases in my mapping program for testing purpose and I was wondering if there's a way to export existing IDOC from an ECC system in XML format? Since the IDOC as so many segments it is painfull to recreate them manually in the mapping program.
