Withholding Tax Error

Forum,

When a user goes into Sales AR - Sales Order they are presented with the following message:

'Withholding Tax' (OWHT)

Why would this be?

At the point of getting this message there is nothing selected on the sales order. It's blank?

check if withholding tax is checked in administrationsystem initializationgeneral settingss--inventory tab

Uncheck withholdibng tax check box and try .

Hi Juan82,

I'm guessing you have at least one FMS on that form and one of them has an error.

I had the same problem when I upgrade one of my customers from B1 2007A to B1 8.8 and one of the FMS had a formula with a division (something dividing by DocTotal). The FMS was only producing an error when I open the form, because that's the only time DocTotal was 0.

Hi Juan,

Set the default warehouse for the item and then try to add sales order

or In Item Master window, select the particular item used on order and go to general tab ,there is an option "Withholding Tax" uncheck that.
