Solution Oil & Gas - Hold Delivery Onshore

Hi Experts,

Does anyone know how to customize the "Hold Delivery Onshore" flag on PM order operation to be set by default?

It is not possible to customize this operation field in the ordinary way in OIOPD or OIOPL - is there a other way to do it?
