Form Maximum Dimensions

Dear Experts,

I have to design a very BIG screen... I have designed the screen by changing the resolution of my monitor to the maximum and designed a really big screen...

But once i change the resolution back to normal.. or run it on another machine the screen is displaying only the normal size without the scroll bars.

Did i miss anything to enable the scroll bar..??
