Change of PO currency

Hi Experts

After creation of PO, i wish to change the order currency in the PO.

It is possible and any implications due to that?

Shiva,

Currency will be defaulted from Vendor master you can change the currency if Goods receipt is not created for that PO.

Chek your currency in vendor master record ,and for that vendor If you dont want that curreny then change in vendor master record

you can change the currency in PO, But make sure you maintain the currency conversation

it may not be possible to change the order currency once the PO is saved since it's outputted as non editable in the header level in change mode

U can change Currency but u should inform your vendor. u can change with t-code MEMASSPO

Hello,

While creation of Purchase order , currency is defined by Company code, not by user. if you realy want to change then it will affect at the time of Invoice.

The change of Currecny while PO creation is not good Practice in SAP.
