Hiding pricing condition in quotation and sales order

Dear All:

In quotation and sales order, we have a price condition EK02 for capturing the cost in sales order. this condition is generating value after running the costing in sales order/quotation. but i want to hide this value from all the users except some specific users. can it be possible to hide the line for this condition in sales order for specific users??
