IDOC Error

Hi SAP experts,

Im laoding SD Billing data into cube, the records are coming to PSA but it is saying that

*Error:-

Errors while sending packages from OLTP to BI

Diagnosis

No IDocs could be sent to BI using RFC.

System Response

There are IDocs in the source system ALE outbox that did not arrive in the ALE inbox of BI.

Further analysis:

Check the TRFC log.

You can access this log using the wizard or the menu path "Environment -> Transact. RFC -> In source system".

Error handling:

If the TRFC is incorrect, check whether the source system is fully connected to BI. In particular, check the authorizations of the background user in the source system.

the data is still runnig and still in yellow status only.

can anyone help me soon.

Hi Swetha,

The error is due to hung TRFCs from the source system to Bw system.

First in the RSMO load monitoring screen from the menu bar --> environment --> job overview --> source system

check for the source system job finished or not?

next check if there are any HUNG TRFCs in the source system which failed and not processed to the BW system.

if found any hung TRFCs try to manually flush the hung TRFCs....

inorder to find the hung TRFCs which are related to your load from the above source system job --> select the job --> click on job log --> in the job log ctrl+F -- find --type "sysfail" -->it will display all the hung TRFCs with respect to that load.

make a note of the TIDs and now go back to the Hung TRFCs screen and find them and select the TID and click on F6 to manually fluch the TRFCs...

If there are any Hung IDOcs try to change the status of the request to red and then manually upload the IDcos ...
