Adding a new tab to standard transaction screen for KE51/52/53

Hi All,

Good day!

Just wanna ask if what would be the most effective way to modify the screen of the standard transactions KE53, KE52, KE51?

I've searched for available exits/BADis in the system but they aren't applicable to my requirements.

Here are the requirements:

1. Add new tab named 'Add. Fields' in between Communication and History tabs.

2. Within that newly created tab, add a subscreeen with the custom field CEPC-ZMARKET displayed.

I badly need your help. 😔
