Company Code to Company code Data Transfer

Dear All,

Can any one let us know the process for transferring all the datas from one company code to another company code.

Our client has acquired another company (which also uses SAP as its software with same SAP version).

Now we want to transfer all the data from the newly acquired company code to our company code including all modules(FICO, MM,SD,PP,QM,etc).

Do suggest the process and steps to followed ( if possible the data transfer sequence along with do's & donts).
