International Address Version in vendor master data

Hi Expert,

I have very strange behavior of International Version in SAP Vendor master.

- If I create vendor first, and then go back with FK02 to maintain International Version, I am able to save it but it didn't do anything. I can't see the address or record that I maintain in International Version. ADRC table doesn't get updated.

- The only way for me to maintain International Version only if I do it together when creating vendor master. So when creating Vendor, I need to put international version at the same time. By doing this, ADRC table will get updated with correct version.

- When I click on 'Delete International version' it give me the message

Address version 'Kanji' flagged for deletion

Message no. AM005

My question are:

Is this standard SAP? if not is there any config to fix this?

Where is the flagged for deletion is stored for this scenario?

Please kindly shed some lights.
