Print layout for reports

Dear All,

In the Print layout of Customer Receivables Aging Report i.e Collection Report (System) of SAP B1 8.8 Version Patch 14, all the field areas are given as free text at the document level. Can anyone please let me know, how is it possible?

Dear Sunitha,

Those Free Text in the PLD are actually hardcoded by system. They are not true Free text. That has applied to all B1 versions at least from 2005.

I tried using system variable, but still i couldn't do it.

Actually in the Collection Report (Customer Receiveables - Aging) i would like to add a column of original amount in the document level of PLD, even when i define it as system variable,i am not getting the output.

Use the Database field in row level of customer receivable aging details report

Then in case I would suggest you to go for Query Based Crystal Report which is much easier to design the way you want with desired output......

You can use System Variable in order to create your own report layout.....

Activate System information from View.....
