Free search in product category not returning the maximum hits

Hi All,

I am facing an issue while searching for the product category in shopping cart creation.

The free search help returns only 100 entries while the maximum hits is 500 and the user is eligible for 500 as per the attributes also.

I have tried setting a break point with the serch help BBP_ALL_CATEGORY_VALUE and the corresponding exit - BBP_F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_ALLCATEGORY. But the control has not come to this point.

I have also tried going through the program of t.code bbpsc02.

Also, pls note that this issue occurs for all users who try to shop.

Please help me out with this.Thanks in advance.
