Hi,
We have 10 status in our process of approval for a document.
Here we want to revert to any status from 1 to 9 from status 10.
Similarly for other.
It is understood that SAP allows a max. of 6 predecessors.
Here we need around 10.
How do we do it?
Thanks..
done by using user status

Using 10 statuses is not a good practice, it introduces additional complexity, lot of processing delays, people will confuse themselves with so many existing statuses, there will be total confusion about which status a document is in and what that status means, increases process flow complexity and am sure will call for more development and more customization!!!!
Having done so many projects myself....I can't imagine why any one would need 10 PREDECESSOR statuses. I suggest you rethink your blue print and design etc.

Hi Pavan,
It's better if u revert back with all the 10 statuses which you want to define.
