Hi dear,

ME80FN is used for the general analysis of PO.

Report will not show the items deleted in PO.

Since there could not be any movement possible for the deleted items in PO,ME80FN will not show them.

ME80FN certainly selects POs which items are flagged for deletion.

Just use SE16 find a PO with deletion indicator in table EKPO. enter the PO number in ME80FN and execute to check it yourself

Hi!

Good day.

HAve tried puting restriction in Deletion indicator. Deleted PO's were reflected but this PO have GR or IR.. Please correct my understanding, ME80FN will display deleted PO if GR or IR exist, if not, it will return 0 result.

Thanks!

Hi,

Its a report which can you the details of Purchasing documents like PO / SA / Contracts. If you want to see the Deletion marked POs, then go to Dynamic selection >> Purchasing document Item >> Deletion Indicator

You will get a list of all the deletion marked POs based on your selection criteria.

Please refer the below link - &

Hi.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

When i choose dynamic selection, and key in 'L" in deletion indicator, ME80FN still does not capture deleted PO. Please note that deleted PO have no history of GR and IR. Can please advise again?

Thanks!

Hi,

After selecting Deletion indicator >> Double click on that field & select as not equal to & execute.

Another thing is you can go for a small SAP Query, using the table EKPO.
