WMS Dynamic cycle counting issue

Hello,

I am using dynamic cycle count process.

In LX 22 my inventory status is counted (Z) and inventory is inactive. I used RF process of DCC.

I want to use LI20 and LI21. For this,I have to activate the inventory document.

But when I am trying to activate the inventory I am getting below message

u201CFunction code can not be selectedu201D.

Technical Data

Message type__________ A (Cancel)

Message class_________ BL (Application Log)

Message number________ 001

How can I solve this issue?

Hello,

I found out the solution. If we conform all the pending TOs from the Bins having Inv record, we will be able to activate the INV document.

we have to clear all pending TO's before we start inventory process.
