Hello Experts,
I was wondering if it possible to add a second remarks field in the sales order screen? The reason why, the existing remarks fields is printed in the Work ordr, Invoice forms. And we would like to add internal notes to the order. Would you please let me know.

If you mean print preview, UDF will not be included automatically.

Also on row level, you can display "Type" with Form Settings and choose "Text". You can type all additional info and will always be displayed on the screen.

Another field you can use as a Remark is Opening and Closing remark which comes by Right Clicking on the document form......

You may add Second Remarks field. However, that can only be a UDF that showed on UDF form.
