No input cells

Hi,

I want to plan on project, WBS and posting period/fyear .But the planning layout is coming back with no input cells.When i make changes to get the data from "master data" rather then "posted values" for WBS i get the input cells.But the WBS comes up for all the projects which is not needed.I just need the project and all its WBS.
