TNS could not resolve service name

Hello,

Every day few reports for a particular universe are failing with this error:

10901: Database error: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name . Contact your Business Objects administrator or database supplier for more information. (Error: WIS 10901)

Other reports connecting to the same database work fine.

But this happens only with few reports so i am not sure what is the issue.

And sometime the same reports succeed.

The connection settings are fine. There is no problem with the database.

What else should i check to resolve this issue.

Can anyone please help?
