Service desk for third party applications

Dear Experts.

How can I setup my service desk to manage tickets from sattelite systems?

Nowadays, we're already using to manage our SAP systems tickets, but we have to manage our third party systems too...

For example, I have to manage some issues that occurs on my MS Sharepoint... How can I provide this info as a system that can be choose when a new ticket is created?
