Embedding ALV in dynamically created View container in view

Hi,

I have one view ( static ) and with in that i have created view container(dynamically). now i have static component usage of alv in my view and i have created component of it as well.

now i want to insert interface view "table" of standard alv component into my viewcontainer and also my view is inserted in view containers of other view ( nested )

do i need to use DO_DYNAMIC_NAVIGATION as such??? i don't have outbound plugs for my view.

please suggest!!

Hi,

yes you need do_dynamic_navigation.

Thanks Bhaskaran, it really helped me.

what i understood from this is do_dynamic_naviation actually creates navigation link and calling of out bound plug and most importantly "it creates plugs" also dynamically as i can see the view has got no outbound plugs but when we specify outbound plug in the method its going to be used to establish the temparory link with target components plug.

i guess my assumptions above are correct!!
