Dunning

Hello,

We have an issue with dunning. We do not want all those line items that have reached the maximum dunning level and are dunned until the max. level to be displayed in the dunning list. We have tried blocking the line items but my client does not want check every time and block the line items. We want to exclude these line items from appearing in the dunning list. Request help on required settings for this.

Tcode F150,Free selection tab,select the

filed name- (KNB5-MAHNS)

Exclude - Check

Value -(List of values:The values are included in or excluded from processing.

Procedure

Enter a list of individual values or intervals.

If you enter alphabetic values in intervals, check that capitalized and lower case entries are made correctly.

Example

You select the dunning area as follows:

Enter KNB5-MABER as the field name. An example of the values you could enter is:

01,(07,10),19

The dunning areas 01 and 19 and the interval from 07 to 10 are selected.

You select customers by name as follows:

Enter KNA1-NAME1 as the field name. An example of the values you could enter is:

(A,Az)

All customers whose names begin with "A" are selected.)

Hi,

If we set the KNB5-MAHNS as 2 and select the exclude option, it will not consider all those line items that have reached level 2 to level 1. But our requirement is to exclude only those line item which already have a level 2 (i.e., the max level in this case)

Can somebody please help
