According to note 952289, topic 2:
2. Excise duties are not getting rounded off in the purchase order even though the excise rounding is on at the company code level. Answer: In the tax procedure TAXINN, there is no provision for rounding the excise values.
Routine 17 cannot handle recalculation of taxes. It will not round these taxes off. If you still need rounded values then you will have to copy this routine and extend it for your business requirement. Rounding of taxes are not supported for TAXINN.
Routine 17 is only a work around.
