Service order - System status

Dear All

Here is my business process

Create Service order

Confirmation

Technical complete

Create service billing request(Debit memo)

Create Invoice

After completion of all above process I display DOCUMENT FLOW

for service billing request & invoice it showing status complete

But when I see system ststus in service order is shows status PTBL - Partially billed even though I had fully invoice

please advice

Hi,

It is normal behaviour, see note [504180|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/504180] that explains further. The status partially billed is set when the first debit memo request is created and is not changed later. There is not a complete billed status set so the PTBL status remains on service order.

Hello All

Is there any updated released note for this issue, I'm trying to aplly the ralated OSS notes but it is not aplicable .

When I create a cotation from DP80 the system status of the service order changes to PTBL

We have used user-exit STATTEXT (Modification exit for formatting status text lines) to change the text of this status to reflect the current status.

Also be aware that this status is not removed if you delete the billing request/DMR. There is an OSS Note about this too..
