Agent Inbox forwad to option

Hi Experts

I am working on Agent inbox in CRM 7.0. Can you please tell me how to use forwarding option. I have defined recipient profile for forwarding and assigned to inbox profile. In Recipient profile i have given list 20 employees/business partners.

Here our requirement is once the user login to IC agent and goes to inbox, can we restrict the list of Employees in Forward to based on individual (not role)?

I would highly appreciate your help in this regard. Please guide me if there is any good documentation for this.
