Error when trying to access CCM catalog in SRM QA enviornment

Hello Experts!

IN our SRM QA enviroment, CCM internal catalogs point to our CCM PRD catalog.

Recently a system copy was madre from PRD to QA, and now when we try to access the catalog in SRM QA enviroment, the following login error appears:

If I try to access the exact same catalog in PRD, no errors appear (it is the same link).

Can you point me in the right direction for solving this issue?
