My client have HR MiniMaster on ERP system, and now they want to implement SAP HR (PA, OM, Payroll...) on separated system. The situation is going to be like this:
1. ERP system (FI CO MM SD...HR MiniMaster)
2. HR system
The problem is they want to keep HR MiniMaster on ERP (because of logistic and fi/co customization based on data from HR MiniMaster), and in the same time to work with new HR which will be the main HR system...??? The question is: are there some tools in SAP to synchronize data from new HR system with data in HR MiniMaster (actually to reflect any change from HR to minimaster)? Is this scenario posible anyway???
