After some days I will purchase those chemicals by Vendor and I will return back to those company(Loan).

Please advice me the procedure for that.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

What is the company from which you are taking material as loan,

Does this as vendor or other plant.

If it is vendor create PO as free sample tick in the PO's iteam over then do GR--> Issue the material Qty will be updated in plant.

once the material comes back to you can send the sample sale.

Dear Sudhir,

Yes, this is vendor. I will take as loan and back it again. I will not create/pay any bill/charges.

How can I create PO as free sample tick in the PO's item?

I can not see this.

Please advice me

Regards.

Couple of points...

Can you take the loan items into your inventory (as valuated stock)? Is Finance OK with this?

If no, there will be a variance in the planned vs actual of production order when you issue these loan items.

Suggestion would be to do a GR for these loan items using a separate movement type (say 901). When you send the loan items back, use 902. This will help you reconcile how much was brought on loan and how much was sent back.

What is 901 and 902? It can be a copy of 561 if your business is OK with it.

Hope this helps,

Lakshman
