Hi All,
I want to print documents automatically with a production order.
These documents are defined in the material master data (Additional data/document data). The documents are also copied in the production order (document links).
Is there any possibility to trigger an automatic printing of these documents with the work order?
Thanks in advance
Dear,
You can print it check the config of OPK8 Document links List LV03 Document links.
In the SAP standard system, the printing of linked documents is not provided when you print the order lists. It is also not possible to convert office and graphic files to SAPscript, or this is only possible with restrictions.
The SAP system cannot understand the format of Microsoft Office documents and therefore cannot output documents in this format to a printer.
Please refer the OSS Note 810025 - Shop paper printing: Printing linked documents.
Use the External Document Converter (XDC) interface in the print program of the order list to convert from Microsoft Office documents to print from the SAP system.

Hi,
I don' t think there is possibility of printing the documents attached in the material master copied into production order.
Automotic printing of shop floor papers is only possible.
You have to print documents attached to production order manually by opening the document
Thanks and regards
