which report are you referring to for checking the below info.
if you are referring to FBL5N report then
select line item selection --all items
and
type - normal and special ledgers...

You need to match the records posting date wise... not net due date wise...
I don't understand one thing why the data is not matching when compared with posting date.
the records must be same right when compared to posting date or net due date.
In the report FBL5n you have option closed items in the selection screen select that option and enter the date and check if you can get the closed items...
Hi,
thank you verymuch for spending time in this issue . Here we have 3 reports like documentdate wise, netduedatewise, posting date wise ageing report . Documentdatewise, netduedatewise data has been matching but only the problem in postingdatewise problem and this report document status is O means open .Do you have any alternate ideas appreciated to you.

Hi,
There can be many reasons why some documents are still open in BW.
1. Delta is not captured by extractor, when document is closed
solution:
check in rsa3 (Source system side) if the lates status is captured during full load
check user exit if exist for this extractor
2. Delta is captured but it is not visible in BW
solution:
check in change log table (if you load data to DSO) if status changes are captured
if not debug loading to find the reason
3. Data is correct in BW, but report display wrong information
it must be something wrong with query try to display definition of Key figure, to identify the issue.
It's really hard to give you some clues if we don;t'know details about your flow.

DL
