Organisation Assignment

Hi when i hire an employee in PA40 system does not show me the Org unit in IT 0001.

I am unable to understand the reason.

Aslo while uplaoding it through BDC system doesn;t show me the employees on the position.

Same is the case in Promotion & Transfer I have to manually assign the position in IT 0001. I am unable to understand as the same was happening in dev but now it is not.
