Organisation Assignment

Hi when i hire an employee in PA40 system does not show me the Org unit in IT 0001.

I am unable to understand the reason.

Aslo while uplaoding it through BDC system doesn;t show me the employees on the position.

Same is the case in Promotion & Transfer I have to manually assign the position in IT 0001. I am unable to understand as the same was happening in dev but now it is not.

Looks like you have editied your post, if the fields itself not visible on the screen for the infotype means its not athorization, some fields can be hidden on the screens using Infotype screen control, Check view T588M.

I think my question is not understood.

I am getting the field in IT but the unique ID is not appearing in the Org Unit, field when i uploaded the employees with hiring also the employee doesn;t sit on that position.

The no. gets generated but i have to assign them manually?

Ritika,

check the integration switch and then do the hiring process.

Also check the positions in OM.

Please check and run the report RHINTE10, RHINTE20 and RHINTE30. This will solve your issue.

Thanks a lot...can i know the sequence of the same ???In which sequence it should be executed Alos RHINTE00?

Also pls let me know switch PLOGI PRELI hsould be 9999999or blank i dont want default position, but if i dont keep system gives error that the switch is not maintained

pls let me know your reply on the sequence urgently...i m waiting for the same

Check the table T77S0 and integration switch PLOGI ORGA , Mark X to do the integration between OM and PA.

Its a Authorization problem for your ID, the Infotypes where you don't have Authorization don't show any thing.

can you write what error message it is prompting?

Are you sure it's not authorization? Can you provide some evidence. Have you tried it with SAP_ALL?

Are there any system errors?
